I was a transfer student, so it was pretty easy. No one in my dept. even looked at my portfolio - honestly if you're coming right out of high school don't sweat it. Not everyone here is a DaVinci, or even a Pollock for that matter : ) Just have decent grades, good SAT's and a little $$$$ doesn't hurt either. That's the only explanation for why some of these people are even here.

went to the multi college summit at Maryland institute and showed my portfolio hen showed my portfolio in Brooklyn at Pratt. If you want to get in tell them you have a decent chunck of money and you like sounding like an art snob. theyll snap you up as soon as the check clears.
